We work in arrival windows of 2-4 hours, morning or afternoon. We typically confirm appointments, aside from the email confirmation, via phone in the am to ensure that our clients do not have scheduling conflicts, and we share our anticipated arrival times. Appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Each home visit will include a travel/housecall fee that may be included in our service bundles. We do accept a limited number of same day requests based on triage, and we have always prioritized same day request for euthanasia as best as we can. After hours or holiday visits incur an additional fee of $100. Our schedule is subject to change throughout the day due to our travelling logistics, traffic, construction/accidents, and triage.

Dr. MacInnes believes that pets are best assessed at home. She also strives to provide low-cost vaccine clinics to meet the needs of the community on her days off of clinic duty.
